CRSI has developed a unique capstone course for your students that will enable them to fully understand the economical design of a low-rise reinforced concrete building. This project is intended for Senior- and Graduate-level students for the upcoming academic year.
A main goal of this 16-week course is for students to acquire an understanding of the different design phases that occur when working in an engineering office: schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Provided with architectural drawings of an actual low-rise building, the students, working in groups, will develop the necessary documentation required for construction of the building.
